OK, folks. The rumblings have started in the Tri-State region. Prayers have been going up for revival and renewal all around us. The earth is groaning with thousands of believers in the Lord Jesus getting to their feet and answering the call to action. And our Cincinnati is in the process of changing. The Foundatins of Faith are being patched up and restored. Alliances are being formed. Satan is busily trying to organize plan B and plan C because the Sword of the Lord is out of its sheath. The gleaming power glistens with authority, and the minions of evil and taking notice. Believers, take your place, study your assignment, and get ready to WIN.

There are changes afoot……   Since I started hosting a regular Saturday morning radio broadcast last September on WDJO radio in Cincinnati, many have come forward asking me if they can listen to older programs. Until now, I have received links to download the individual programs and have sent those links to ones who requested a copy of the program. There are now plans to create a library of past archived broadcasts right here on this web site that ties directly to the WDJO OLdies 1480 web site library where you can select the ones you want to hear. This feature will give many more the opportunity to listen to those past programs discussing cancer, health and nutrition, retirement and Social Security plans, vintage car repair, political issues in Ohio and Cincinnati like the streetcar project and the bills that touched on changes to public emlpoyee unions benefits. We also covered the Creation Museum,  Veteran’s Day heroes, the 9/11 remembrance program, and a special broadcast featuring many seniors who have NOT given up on life and continue to stretch boundaries like zip lining, sky diving, bare foot water skiing on the Ohio River in January, and other feats of bravery. Keep checking back and you’ll see!!

Since my new song “Hey Wake Up, I’m Talkin’ To You” was released, and able to be downloaded, people have been listening to an important message. A partial listen from a sample is good, but the full song needs to be heard.  ”Hey Wake Up”  is a command to pay attention, and “I’m Talkin’ To You” means I need YOU to hear it and take action, before it’s too late.

On my Saturday radio program on WDJO 1480 AM, I have had the priviledge over the last two weeks of hosting Army and Navy servicmen.  Joe Whitt – US Navy veteran and Pearl Harbor attack survivor, Bill Knepp – US Army and Korean War veteran, Danny Bare – US Army and Vietnam War veteran, and Dean Ritchie – US Navy currently serving in the Reserves, but has been on active duty and served in Iraq. Their heart-felt stories reach deep. All service men and women deserve our thanks. I challenge you to reach out especially to Korean War veterans and Vietnem War veterans, and tell them you appreciate their service, as well. It’s the least we can do. And do more with Veterans Affairs organizations if you can!

My radio program, “Shared Memories That Heal Hearts” is in its third month, and the variety and quality of guests has been noticed. It has already passed some broadcasts that have been on the air much, much longer, and  the average listenership for my program has almost reached the average for the entire week for the whole station. So tune in to Oldies 1480 AM WDJO on Saturdays at 10 AM to 11 AM. We take your calls, and will be weaving the Lord into conversations on each broadcast. Listen in!!

I finished the curriculum for “The Road To Revival”, and presented it as an elective at my home church for 4 weeks recently. It spanned September to October, and received high marks from the attendees. One consensus from the evaluations that were turned back in was that there was a lot of material to discuss in the 4 weeks allotted. Most submitted that it should be 6 weeks or even 8 weeks in length.  I am reviewing the content now to section it out in the extended version so it is better paced. Who out there would be interested? Due to manual preparation and folder / material purchases, I would have a nominal charge associated with it.
